I've referred everyone I know to Kids Dental Studio and Dr. Nikky and everyone that has gone has followed up to say thank you. Dr. Nikky and her staff are incredible. The wait is never long, they're super good with the kids (my toddlers actually like going to the dentist!) and they've taught us so much. In addition, we had a scary medical situation with my son which we thought was a dental issue and Dr. Nikky called me personally with details as to what to do next and she then followed up with me multiple times to check in on the health of my son. We had such a great experience! The entire team was warm, patient, and wonderful with my son. They made him feel so comfortable that he didn’t cry at all, which is a huge win for a toddler at the dentist! The office is welcoming and truly designed with kids in mind. We love Dr. Nikky! Love this place and so do my kids. Patient and friendly technicians and dentists. Very efficient front desk. Never have issues with questions regarding billing. Super clean facility. Scheduling very easy. Dr. Shotwell does an incredible job with both my girls. Thorough, patient, and she remembers little things about them to ask them about when they come in. "Umm, the dentist was there and the dentist was there to protect us too. Dr. Nikky asked me if I had concerns and they talked to me before they did stuff to my teeth."

If my soon-to-be kindergartner is giving rave reviews, then so am I...we started going a few years ago and have had the best experience. The communication with the children is so respectful. This location was the bestttttt…… we were referred here by another dentist and I am so happy we came I am thinking about switching my kids here full time for our new location. Love everything about this office! The staff is friendly, the wait is short, the hygienist on point and the dentist is amazing! This is my 2nd visit with my 1.5 year old. They were so patient with this busy boy. Our 2 year old had her first appointment today and had a great time. Everyone was very kind and kid friendly. They did a great job getting her comfortable and answering any questions I had and were very warm and encouraging of me as a mom. There was no wait, they were on time and had toys to play with when we got there. Easy parking too. I did read some of the negative reviews after the fact. Maybe they have a new office manager. We did self pay and everything was fine. I actually called this place when I was trying to decide if it was worth it financially to get dental insurance for my child and they were kind enough to tell me how much it would be out of pocket for a visit at 2 years old vs when she is older and a ballpark of how much it may be if she had a dental accident or something. It helped me weigh the cost of self pay vs getting insurance which i opted not to do at this point. My child wasn’t even a patient there at that point but they were so friendly to me over the phone and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that.

I love Kids Dental Studio. I have been taking my son there for over a year now and their energy is still the same. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The customer service exceeds beyond anything. I love that they also do follow up calls after your appointment to check on the kids. I am very pleased and my son also loves and is very comfortable with them. The staff is amazing and I felt the need to mention that again because I’ve never seen an establishment where the entire staff are so nice and friendly. Thank you guys for everything. I have had an outstanding experience every time I come in. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist put a full effort to make it a pleasurable experience for kids and parents. I also highly impressed when the office lady got up and helped my 1 year old clean her nose. That is A1 hospitality.
